Our Solar Installation Process

All Energy HQ prides itself on providing each customer with an easy and stress free solar installation process. We want our customers experience to be as convenient as possible.

Initial Contact and Quoting

When you first make contact with one of our sales representatives, a time and date for a site inspection will be arranged. This appointment will ensure you are getting the right system tailored to your individual power usage needs. Additionally, this appointment gives you the opportunity to ask any questions.

Deposit

Once you have signed the contract with us, we require a 50% deposit. Once this is received our administration team will complete your Energex application.

Solar Application

As stated previously, once we have received your signed contract and deposit, our team will complete an application to Energex on your behalf. Once this application is approved, your solar installation date will be scheduled with one of our CEC accredited solar installers.

Installation of system

The size of your system dictates how long the installation process with take. On average, a typical 6.66kw system will only take one day to install.. Our CEC accredited installers will typically arrive on site at 7am.

On the day of installation, you will be asked to provide a digital signature. This will be uploaded to the portal that we claim STC’s through. If no one is available on the day of installation, an SMS will be sent to the mobile number provided.

Meter Request

Our Electricians will complete an Electrical Work Request (EWR) to Energex once completing your solar installation. This notifies Energex that you require a solar meter. This does not apply to customers whom already have a solar system and are adding additional capacity or replacing current components.

Final Payment

The final payment of your solar system is due once the solar installation has been completed. Once your final payment is received, our administration team will mail out important documents regarding your system serial numbers and warranty.

Claiming STCs

When Claiming STC’s, there is a lot of paper work and installer documentation required. We claim the STC’s on your behalf and take it off the price of the solar system, making the process stress free for the customer. This is clearly reflected on the contract to avoid any confusion.

After Sales Care

As we are a Local Company, we will always be here to help our customers with any questions they may have post installation and provide further assistance if required.
